Narratives in Fragments

This new body of work was built slowly—piece by piece, layer by layer-using paper, fragments, and found elements. Individually, each piece stands on its own, but together they form a series-or two-that can be rearranged to suit the viewer. The six works on the right began as an exploration of memory, while the three on the left emerged from a wine cellar or bar narrative. Working against a dark ground allowed the elements to come forward with clarity. Objects float, cluster, and collide-at times forming structured compositions, at others dissolving into something more instinctive. This fluidity is essential; it keeps the work alive. Installed together, the pieces create a larger conversation. Each holds its own presence, but as a group they establish a visual cadence-like chapters within a single story-while the grid reinforces their relationship, allowing each work to speak as part of a cohesive whole.
